จากการสัมผัส เฝ้าสังเกต และการรับรู้สิ่งที่ปรากฏ ทำให้ตระหนักได้ว่าธรรมชาติล้วนมีแต่รูปทรงที่เกิดจากความงาม และผสมผสานลักษณะความแปลกประหลาดพิสดาร ผิดเพี้ยน ซึ่งเป็นผลผลิตจากสภาพแวดล้อมทางธรรมชาติที่เปลี่ยนไปตามกาลเวลา และเป็นผลจากการกระทำที่เกิดจากมนุษย์ใช้เทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่ดัดแปลงธรรมชาติ ซึ่งอาจหมายรวมถึงความงามที่เกิดจากภายนอก ภายใน เปรียบได้กับมนุษย์มักจะมองภาพที่ปรากฏอยู่เบื้องหน้าสวยงามก่อนเสมอ แม้ว่าความงามภายนอกนั้นอาจเกิดจากการปรุงแต่งจนกลบแก่นความงามที่แท้จริง
